How to Troubleshoot If the Costume Has No Sounds
Step 1:
- Before troubleshooting, make sure all the electrical wirings are connected properly.
Step 2: If all the wirings are connected, please turn on the power.
- Check the Indicator Light. If it’s not on, the battery is low, please charge it.
- Make sure the volume is not turned to the minimum.
Step 3: Check the connecting wirings of the speaker and the Voice Control Box.
If all the steps have been performed and there is still no sound, the Voice Control Box is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Caution
If all the button lights are off.
Check the wiring behind the handle. If it’s not loose but the light is still off, the Voice Control Box is damaged and needs to be replaced.
If only one button light is off.
The switch button light is off:
Loosen the screws securing the Control Panel and Circuit Panel.
The trigger button light is off:
- Push the handle back to its original position.
- If the handle is fine but the light is still off. Loosen the screws securing the Control Panel and Circuit Panel.
