Thomas the Tank Engine(Number 1)
Voice cast: Topham Hatt Ben
Thomas is an anthropomorphised fictional tank locomotive in the British Railway Series books by Wilbert Awdry and his son, Christopher, published from 1945. He became the most popular and famous character in the series, and is the titular protagonist in the accompanying television adaptation series Thomas & Friends.
Thomas first appeared in 1946 in the second book in the series, Thomas the Tank Engine, and was the focus of the four short stories contained within. In The Railway Series and early episodes of Thomas & Friends, Thomas’s best friends are Percy and Toby, though he is also close friends with Edward. Later episodes of Thomas & Friends have Thomas in a trio with James and Percy, and Percy is known as his best friend.
Percy the small engine (Number 6)
A little green 0-4-0ST engine who works on the North Western Railway. He was first brought to Sodor to help run the railway during Gordon, Henry and James' strike and later became station pilot at Knapford. Following the renovation of New Harbour, Percy was moved permanently to Thomas' branch line, where he now works as a goods engine. Percy is the smallest member of the main group of engines. He is a happy little chap who is normally quite happy puffing around the yard and is always keen to oblige, fact of which the other engines are determined to take advantage.
Henry the green engine (Number 3)
A green 4-6-0 mixed-traffic tender engine who works on the North Western Railway. He originally had a smaller firebox and needed special Welsh coal to operate properly. Following his accident when pulling the Flying Kipper, Henry underwent an extensive rebuild, giving him a new shape and better performance. Devious Diesel
A sinister diesel engine who has an oily, devious, scheming and malicious nature and holds a grudge against the steam engines. At first Diesel likes to play tricks on steam locomotives, which he hates and wants to become obsolete. However, he always going on a wild goose chase. He likes to talk to the Troublesome Trucks and tell them to do bad things. He also abuses the trucks sometimes. But in Thomas & Friends, Diesel eventually becomes a permanent resident of Sodor, and over time he less of a legitimately threatening villainous sociopath, and more of a troublemaker and bully who still looks out for his fellow diesels and those other diesels jobs.
Toby the tram engine (Number 12
A brown 0-6-0 tram engine who works on the North Western Railway. He originally worked on a tramway between Lower Arlesburgh and Arlesdale End, before being bought by Sir Topham Hatt after his line closed down to run the tramroad to Ffarquhar Quarry. His line would later be reopened as part of the North Western Railway, with Toby being reallocated to his old shed. Before reallocation he stayed at both Tidmouth and Ffarquhar Sheds. He has a coach named Henrietta.

Thomas is a very classic character in Thomas and friends, even though Thomas has one major character flaw, which is that he is forgetful and impatient. But he is optimistic, ideal, altruistic, and has a heart of gold. A friend to all locomotives and a popular member of the Fat Controller Railroad, Thomas is the number one locomotive. It’s a favorite with little ones, and it’s an obvious choice as decoration for parties, parks and more.
During the production process, we especially retained Thomas’s classic train sound to make it more vivid and appear in real life. The funny train sound is combined with the ups and downs of the eyebrows, the blinking of the eyes, and the opening and closing of the mouth, as if we can take the Thomas train in the next second, have a firm heart like Thomas, and stop the evil Diesel on the island of Sodor with him play tricks everywhere
