Only Dinosaurs has different types of animatronic dinosaurs, such as animatronic T-Rex, animatronic triceratops, animatronic velociraptor, etc…
Because the size of our realistic dinosaurs varies a lot, so we use two ways to pack them.
For the large dinosaurs (higher than 2.6 meters), we will divide the heads or legs from the dino bodies, and then pack them.
For the small dinosaurs, just pack and load them into the container.

This video will show how we loaded these giant robot dinosaurs into the van! Your dinosaurs are on their way. All you have to do is look forward to the happy moment of meeting these magical dinosaurs.

How to Purchase
Step 1
Choose your wished animatronic dinosaur item on our website and then ask for a quote. We will send you the total cost and delivery time.
Step 2
If everything is fine, we will send you the contract. Pay 50% deposit, we start production. Each week, we will send the making process images.
Step 3
After the dino is complete, the finished images and videos will be provided for your approval.
Step 4
If you are happy with everything, pay the rest 50% payment. Then we shall book the shipment.

Both wire transfer and PayPal are acceptable. 50% upfront, 50% before delivery.
Lead Time
Normally, 3 weeks’ manufacturing and 4 weeks’ sea shipping.
Shipment Method
We have two main shipment methods: Air Shipment or Ocean Shipment.
Warranty
24 months: during the warranty period, if any unartificial damage happens, we shall DHL spare parts. All cost is on our side.
Shipment Processes
Step 1
After all products are completed and ready to ship. We need to know Consignee & Notify Party information. Then we can book the shipment to the destination port.
Step 2
After the vessel departs, all customs clearance documents will be sent, such as bills of lading, invoice, and packing list.
Step 3
Usually, one week ahead of arrival, the local shipping company will contact you. And you will need to provide the customs clearance documents and pay the customs fees.
Step 4
Finally, the cargo will be released. Then you can pick it up at the warehouse or hire a logistic company for the transportation to your door. If you are new about the customs issues, we would recommend you hire a customs broker to do this job.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there assembling required?
The largest container is 11.8m Long * 2.3m Wide * 2.6m High. If the dino is more than 2.6m high. We have to cut the dino head and legs in pieces, in order to fit into the container for ocean shipment. This is how we pack and load into container.
After the container reach your end, there are two options:
1. Normally, if you purchase many large dinosaurs. We will send our installation team to the UK. Meantime, will train your team how to assemble, how to maintain, etc...
2. If you order only one or two large dinosaurs, we will send you a video to guide you on how to install them step by step. It's easy.
And for the small dinosaurs, they will come in whole unit --- no installation.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, 24 months.
During the warranty period, if any unartificial damage happens, we shall DHL spare parts. All cost is on our side.
Meantime, we will send a tutorial video to guide you on how to fix, step by step.
What if I'm not happy with my products? Can I return it?
At each production process, we will send you pictures and videos for confirmation. If you are happy, we will move to the next step. If not, we will modify it until you are satisfied.
Before delivery, we will provide as many details as possible, such as pictures, videos, etc… After we receive your approval, then the delivery will be arranged.
If you are not satisfied before delivery, we can provide a FULL payment refund without a reason.
What is the minimum order quantity?

What maintenance is required?
Our dinosaur animatronic models don't need any special maintenance.
Just keep it away from fire, knife.
Can I repair or maintain the animatronic product myself?
If any damage happens, we would encourage the clients to contact our support team. We will provide the most effective way to get it fixed.
Can they be displayed outdoors all year round?
On each dino skin, there are three layers of silicone, which enable it's durable for waterproof, sunproof, and even snowproof. It's working fine even in Russia, where it's extremely cold.
And it works well in high temperatures. Such as the Dominica Republic.
How does payment through PayPal?
You just need to connect your credit card to PayPal. Then we can send the payment.
